      Calories-wise? solid 100/10!
      Visually? looks like winter survival mode on a plate.
      Nutrition? everything your body needs to hibernate till March.

      Another half hour in the oven required to get a bit of colour and crisp on most.

    3. The sprouts in particular look awful. They are just steamed/boiled? no wonder they have a bad rap. Roast them in butter and parsley, they will be great

    4. Veggies look far overdone.
      Ricer needed for the spuds.
      Rashers need more time to be crispier.

      I’m going to give this a 4/10.
