      The sketch page says „Lang lebe die Burschenschaft!“ (Long live the fraternity) and it shows a typical guy from those political fraternities from at least 100 years ago.
      The rest is really hard to read, cannot help here properly, sorry!

      Looks Like my grandma’s handwriting and she wrote Sütterlin. There’s a whole sub for that Kind of writing

      Important to note is that university fraternities in early 20th century Germany had this habit of creating artificial facial scars that were reminiscent of sword duelling scars in the face. Hence the swords and facial bandages.
