Sprouts is a valid objection, highly recommend star anise and cinnamon on the clove, honey and mustard glaze and you can never beat duck fat for apuds, ya did well!
7.5 out of 10. A little basic, but looks quite tasty tbf.
On a scale of the scutters to constipation, I rate this as indigestion followed by repeating burps.

Looks good. Do ye guys not use bread sauce? I saw a poll and it was only at 15%. I put it on everything, except the turkey and ham. Seem gravy is the go to.
That’s a solid plate for round 1
Bacon looks a tad dry on the sides, serious lack of green on the plate. Decent looking grub tho
