Hell no. You need to be impeached and convicted and removed from office. Then, be put on trial for criminal offenses such as violations of the Hatch Act and emolulates clause of the constitution. Then the DOJ (and others) should sue in civil court. Finally, there needs to be a Nuremberg style trial for your war crimes.
