      Anybody got a link for the actual video? It doesn’t appear to be in the article about said video.

      I will say that it is possible the brass sat on this story because there were more leads to follow and potentially more story that would “advance the ball.” It’s possible they were not simply cowing to a tyrant.

      But that’s the real insidious consequence of not honoring the public trust in the first place as a journalistic institution. If you fail to stand up to power, you will lose the faith of your viewers, readers, and even reporters for a long time to come. That’s why faltering in the face of Trump was such a failure: Now you do not carry that currency any longer, and you quickly fall into the public debt.

      Sad to see.

      At least Canadian TV broadcaster Global just REALLY had the motherfucking balls to air the segment since Bari Weiss made a weak ass political attempt at censorship by having it removed from the prior US broadcast of the very same episode that Global had just broadcasted.
