Project 2025 seeks to give Trump complete control of the entire American media, from TV to cable to radio to the Internet. The goal is to replace all current programming with Trump-centric only shows, mainly Trump propaganda. There was an undercurrent of this in the January 6th attack on the Capitol in that one aspect of the insurrectionist’s plan was to take over all ‚Liberal‘ broadcasting in D.C. and use it to promote giving the presidency to Trump.

All of this has to do with the sale of Warner Bros., Weiss was just trying to protect CNN for the time being.

We’re watching the ‚gold standard‘ of journalism be dismantled in real-time to protect a merger and soothe a billionaire’s regulatory hurdles. This is exactly what everyone warned would happen when Bari Weiss was brought in.

It’s funny that she was put in place as CBS’s minder based on her The Free Press, but The Free Press has historically not been able to pass muster as an investigative outlet.
