It’s genuinely really funny that Libya, despite the civil war is still upper middle income while India isn’t.

Japan and Russia high income? Lol. Outside of Moscow, the average salary of people is around $500. It’s the same in many Eastern European countries and also Kazakhstan and the Balkans. In Japan, the average median salary is about $2,500 per month. When they put an equal sign on the high level of income between the US and Japan, where the difference reaches 3-4 times, it’s funny. In China, only the big cities on the east coast have high salaries. In other places it’s somewhere around $300-500 a month. In Turkmenistan, the salary is $150-300, but it’s green on the map. In some Western European countries, the South is poor and people there earn around 1,500 euros a month, which is 4-6 times lower than in countries with the same color for example North Europe. In Belarus, people outside of Minsk earn $200-400.

Indians on here pretend they’re above africans when their country is on the same level albeit with india having lower hygiene standards and dirtier streets.
I thought jordan would be minimum light green, very suprising.

I’m surprised about Ukraine and Russia.
