Pre-brexit it was possible to get lemsip, so most pharmacies will be familiar with it and will offer an alternative
That alternative will usually be Coldrex – almost exactly the same
Panadol cold & flu has the same active ingredients too, but is a tablet
Pretty sure panadol cold and flu is similar – but you can ask a friendly pharmacist for help
