Edit: Before anyone asks, the Kachins [most likely cloned it long before the 2021 ](https://archive.ph/XzeGg)coup as there are [seized examples ](https://archive.ph/L4b5x)by the junta shortly after the coup. The specs were likely sent by a Burmese-American in the US Army who had friends fighting with the Kachins.
