Nah man, it’s not a joke. Little not well know fact if you are not a local to that area (Petržalka) is that people there are bio engineering human/dog hybrids and keeping them as pets (that’s why the pet tax is so high in Petržalka).
This little fella seems to got lost so keep an eye out for him. There’s really nothing to worry about, they are better behaved than most dogs.
