      It’s hard to offer empathy when he himself doesn’t seem to have any for others.

      I’ll never come to terms with him supporting a tyrant given that he wrote Rocky.

      The movie (directors and editors) won. Sylvester Stallone didn’t.

      Did he ever give credit, send flowers, or get give any recognition to Chuck Wepner? The Rocky character is based off him.

      That says alot about his personality. If I can get over my dad getting a girlfriend and moving her in the house within six months of her death, he can can get over that.

      There’s a good documentary on Netflix on Stallone (called I think „sly“ or „Stallone“) I’d recommend that talks about his dad A bit.

      His dad was quite jealous of him for a while, even wrote a screenplay that was basically rocky but with a different name , the doc never really touched a great deal on his mom tho
