Well, if Russia has resources, Putin will invade any country he has resources to invade. Russia operates in a very primitive way. The American jail system is similar to how Russia works as a country. They won’t attack those whom they believe are strong.

Its coming soon. He has to do it before Europe is flooded with F35s. Once the European airfleet is modernized with F35s, the Russians dont have a chance in hell. Their air cover will disappear like a witch shook a magic wand at them, and his ground forces will have nothing between them and a lot of antitank missles and artillery shells that can hit a dime at 40 miles.
If he attacks EU/NATO, he’s going get his army handed to him on a plate.
