The ICC will just continue to do their work. They’re backed up by 125 countries.
If you’re not a signatory to the ICC (Rome Statute) to the point where you made your citizens immune to ICC rulings and don’t recognize its jurisdiction, you sure as hell don’t have the right to dictate their actions.
