Am 14. Oktober 2024 begann ich meine Gewichtsabnahme mit 137,6 kg (303 lb) mithilfe von GLP1-Medikamenten. An diesem Tag machte ich einen Plan, ich würde im Grunde jeden Tag genau das Gleiche essen, 1400 kcal aus gefrorenen Einzelmahlzeiten und Proteinriegeln, alle mit Kalorienangabe. Das sind nur 4 Artikel pro Tag, 4 Zahlen, die addiert werden müssen, was das Kalorienzählen extrem genau *und* einfach macht, vorausgesetzt, dass man jeden Tag das Gleiche isst (was ich eigentlich bevorzuge)
Dank meiner Apple Watch hatte ich auch eine ziemlich genaue Vorstellung von meinem TDEE und nutzte diesen als Basis. Dann erstellte ich eine Tabelle, die jeden Tag berechnete, wie viel Gewicht ich laut CICO verlieren würde, und passte dann meinen TDEE als Reaktion auf den Gewichtsverlust an, indem ich bekannte Formeln verwendete, die genau auf meine Apple Watch-Schätzung abgestimmt waren. Die blaue Linie in dieser Grafik beginnt tiefer als der erste rote Punkt, weil ich mein Wiegen in Woche 1 verwendet habe, um den massiven Wassergewichtsabfall in Woche 1 aus den Daten zu eliminieren. Das ist es nicht "real" Gewichtsverlust.
Am 14. November 2025, nach 13 Monaten Gewichtsverlust, wog ich 70,7 kg (156 Pfund), was nur ein halbes Pfund über der Vorhersage lag, die ich 13 Monate zuvor für genau diesen Tag gemacht hatte. Dieses Gewicht halte ich nun schon seit einem Monat

Congratulations! This kind of commitment is hard to do.
Do you still eat the same things daily? If so, do you think that if you changed from that routine you’d end up regaining?

I see why people love GLP1, currently doing the same from roughly the same starting point but natural. Around 120 my progress slowed down a lot and it will probably take like 1.5-2 years overall to reach ~85kg. I am now at 114kg after half a year, but not eating too strictly.
I hope you are working out properly and don’t fall back into old habits, then you should be set for a much more healthy life.
