Depends where the survey is taken. In the south, I’m sure this is accurate. Anywhere north of the city, butter will be king.
Not accurate. In croatia mostly used is olive oil and sunflower oil. Then its pig fat ( lard ) and 4th place would be butter. Who ever is author of this map never been to Croatia. Total joke.
