What even is the point of those treaties? The US and Israel will never give up their nukes and the countries that don’t have them weren’t going to get them anyways
I think we should develop our own nukes and threaten to nuke anyone that launches an offensive war.

Nah, it’s pointless now. Back when there were the SALT treaties it was possible to reduce nuclear arms. Today, there are more than two players in the zero sums games. It’s probably best if swiss just used the plutonium to make some „maybe we do, maybe we don’t“ mystery spheres that could be nukes but also may be just really heavy lab weights. Leave the enemies guessing.
