looks like chicken feet, pig lung and soondae
Black one is sundae, like black pudding in UK, gray one is heopa, which is pig’s lung, and red one is not sure but maybe bul-jokbal, a spicily seasoned pig’s feet

Red ones would be spicy seasoned pig skins with chicken feet. Classic combo to pair with soju in those traditional markets. Yum yum.
