Reason for the arrest and sentencing.
It would seem his jail time was suspended so he won’t do time, which is good. He does have to serve probation which will probably limit his movements, damn shame.
The Swiss historical neutral stance is the equivalent of not having a moral conscience (but they will gladly hold on to Nazi or in today’s times, Russian $$).
From a country whose only natural resource is mercenaries it would seem apropos if his pay was too modest.
So give them duo citizenship. Problem solved.
The only Swiss who shows honour and backbone, and they punish him for it
