He voted to advance TWO Republican budgets this year, later enabling both the passage of BBB (which would not have passed if Republicans had been forced to pass their continuing resolution via reconciliation) and the expiration of ACA subsidies, which is still fresh in the news. He did these things because he is a spineless, establishment ghoul who is retiring at the end of his term, and supports donors and special interests over his constituents.

He is emblematic of what is wrong with the Democratic Party today. The sooner that he and his do-nothing establishment colleagues (particularly Schumer) are out of leadership positions, the sooner we can offer to voters a compelling vision of the future.
