Wow I thought it would be a lot more than that, that’s no way near enough to risk dying in a ditch whilst hiding from drones in a foreign war.
I doubt he will survive that sentence. Even if he isn’t tortured to death.

It just increases the chance of a Russian being jailed.
My brother was “killed” by firing squad 4 times when the Russians held him captive, then traded him back at the first opportunity.
I hope this guy gets to come home soon as well, but with how barbaric the Russians are, I can’t imagine hell be untouched.

Sadly he’s a terrorist or insurgent in a Russian court of law.dont play toy soldier. War is not a game.
I mean if you’re foreign and you join a war and get captured then going to jail seems reasonable.
