Just adding some context: Anitta made a big deal about becoming international and probably got access to a lot of rich people clubs. Just add one and one together.

Translation:
“At the end of the rainbow there is a pot of gold. Around that pot there is a black hole full of everything bad that exists in this world, and that you would never have known if you had not reached the other side. The lightness and naivety of the ignorance you carry while you are still walking along the rainbow is the greatest desire of those who reached the pot of gold and managed to escape falling into the hole. For it is possible to take the path back, but it is impossible to recover the beauty that ignorance gave to your view of things. The shine of the pot of gold together with the darkness that surrounded it changed your eyes forever.”

I dunno I kind of feel this about life in general, conspiracies aside. They even made a movie about this. You’ve probably never heard of it /s called Eternal Sunshine of A Spotless Mind. Ignorance is bliss.

Kind of reminds me of what a young Angelina Jolie said about Hollywood.

I always find it funny that if you believe in Satan and ritually worship him, that means you are also acknowledging God and just choose damnation instead.

**saw this on a now deleted post. think while ur still free. here’s my copy paste comment.**
thinking about Judy Garland singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow from Wizard of Oz. this quote takes it to another level.
looking at the trauma of her life filled with Hollywood abuse during that film and her career with abuse and drugs it’s no wonder a song like that has such a somber tone but also a dark meaning behind the lens.
is it really even worth finding the pot of gold at the end if all u face is crisis at the end of the rainbow.

It’s funny, I’ve been doing a lot more at my job interacting with higher and higher up people. The more successful they are, they’re universally all just worse and worse people. More and more selfish. More and more manipulative and dishonest. First to point the finger, last to take responsibility.
This isn’t a multinational corporation, it’s just a medium sized business with footprints in a few states.
I wonder if it gets worse at even bigger companies. Once you start getting to the size where you rival state actors, who the fuck knows what the guys in charge did to get there, and what they’re doing to gain and protect the power they have?
