    Is this another case of we rise the salary to XYZ, but no bonuses, other type of benefits (housing) and with the maximum amount zangyou included. Straight salary than possible bonuses are better, but it only makes this „high“ salary as a marketing trick.

    That aside, majority of the companies barely coming to 300k per month mark, and putting that as a selling point to fresh grads.

    Keep in mind that Open House is infamous for being one of the most notorious companies in the apartment field for their work culture and business practices; this is just another PR stunt most likely.

    I’m not a fan of open house. The sales people are to pushy and the houses I’ve seen from them are all standard „pencil houses“ ie tall 3 story narrow houses
