    1. Clearly. The disinformation campaign and studies that confuse coincidence with causation are unbelievable. We’ve been dealing with the deception of „light“ products for years. Sugar companies have invested heavily in spreading misinformation about the dangers of sugars and distracting us with false threats (fats).

    2. It just means people who get dementia don’t eat as much cheese. They are eating whatever the bacteria in their guts signal their cooked brains to eat, if that even works right in a dementia brain.

      Well here is the thing, brain tissue contains more lipid than most other organs (other than actual fat) so it would make sense that the brain needs lipids to maintain itself.
