I’m really scared that the world is sliding into WW3. Everything seems to be falling apart.

    > When asked why the border violators were not detained, Taro said they had already returned to Russian territory before that could happen.

    >“We are not in a position to go into the depths of Russia to apprehend them,“ he said.

    Understatement of the year

  3. This has been Moscow’s usual move for a while now. The same goes with the sabotage campaigns, bribed politicians and messing with elections through propaganda. Russia will push it, back off right away and come with some bull excuse. They test the waters and put pressure into European governments, knowing they won’t retaliate fearing escalation.

  4. Yeah who knows why? In other news they seem to be setting up fortifications for some reason and issuing Russian passports and taxing the locals and arresting local authorities for violation of jurisdiction? Whose to say what their intentions could possibly be? A true mystery.

(Note, satire, this all did not happen)
