This is why a neuropsychological assessment is important. Somebody could have an „Alzheimer’s brain“ on autopsy but have been okay clinically. Likewise, a person could have a more normal brain upon pathological examination but have been demented and showing lots of impairments. It’s not just about these biomarkers. Nevertheless, interesting.
