It’s like saying that the obvious is obvious. Pressuring EU allies to block using frozen Russian assets only helps Putin and weakens Ukraine and the EU’s unity, This is what Putin wants and his dog is doing just all that obediently.

If Russia assets are contentious, why can’t the EU fund Ukraine with bonds?
