I was already in EU on the day of invasion, but you may want to have some spoilers:

      * criss-cross duct tape on your window makes in harder to break

      * a think blanket lets you work during „light-masking“ (not sure how to translate)

      * park your car backwards, so you can leave faster if it is needed

      * water and canned food does not expire

      * cash works without internet

They (NATO too) are saying this after USAs new national security strategy has designated Europe as the enemy and Russia as an ally.

      It’s getting real.

Military members from various countries were warning about a coming war 10 years ago, and everyone else is just now catching up.

I’ve signed up for a course in Mandarin and bought a red flag. What else?

    5. >Top UK General Warns Citizens Must Prepare for Potential War with Russia

Shall we answer „They and what army?“

Russia has run out of most materiel and they can just barely fight against Ukraine. Unless Russia uses nukes, they wouldn’t stand much of a chance against EU / NATO air supperiority.

Its history repeating itself. Nobody has the balls to face down Putin and call the midget murderers bluff until it is too late.

His is emboldened as Trump offers him Every concession on a plate….and its never enough.
Trump either fails to see or turns away from the fact that Putin feels he can defeat Ukraine and will continue his vile war of attrition with human lives.

Sabre rattling from NATO and a divided Europe does nothing.

When he rejects the latest offer(yet again), will there be any consequences…no.

The war will carry on and Putin is happy that Ukraine will be asked to concede more.

When he rejects the latest offer, he is happy with war.

All the US has to do is arm Ukraine to the teeth and let them have free reign to do the job.

    10. Sure sure…Putin can’t even secure 2 provinces from the Ukrainians and now we have to believe he’s going to invade Western-European shores.

    11. Nice one mate. Ill be sure to cheer on the troops as no one goes to die for a nation that calls its people scum

Russia a country that has 1.1 million casualties in a 4 year long war that they cant even take 1/5 the territory of a country that they used to control and should know what the territory is like. Yet they are such a threat to everyone else that we need to make sure our economies are held up by starting a regional war with them.

    13. Neergremloh on

Im a white, working class male. Apparently I’m scum of the earth to this government. Why the hell would I fight for a country that hates me?

60 PLUS years since the Cuban missle crisis The USA enemy has been Russia that long … but now the UK 🇬🇧 an ally for 80 years and the EU also allies for decades are now the enemy and Russia is Americas new best friend ??
I MEAN WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK ?

    15. The question is, who’s going to fight?

Ukranians and some Eastern Europeans like Poles at least retain a sense of patriotism, but who the hell feels that way in the rest of Europe?
The right hates the current institutions, and the left hates the very idea of being patriotic, everyone would start bailing out the moment they started talking about forced conscription.

The EU better be ready to start threatening with nukes and bioweapons.

1st in line should be all the the people owning ammunition factories, then politicians, media companies who constantly share shit on tv, and all the rich folks. They can clearly save us by defending 1st

    17. if Trump commands US Troops to start attacking Europe, thats going to be the key indicator for which way this is all going to go.

    18. Nobody is going to willingly go fight not because people are scared of Russia

because the governments of Europe for the past 10 years have been telling its citizens being patriotic means you’re a white nationalist and you’re national flag and identity are a backward concept and relics of the past

Why would anyone fight for a government that hates you what’s to enslave you with digital ID and artificial intelligence the real enemy is already here

While Russia is keeping Ukraine occupied with the bottom of the barrel troops, they’re amassing fresh troops, up to 360.000 of them, into Belarus according to German sources:

      >Kiesewetter noted that the presense of two army corps in Belarus is “worrying, especially in the Baltic states,” and that Putin is conducting the war “not particularly successfully militarily in Ukraine,” but, through a wartime economy, is training “hundreds of thousands of soldiers who are never deployed in Ukraine.”

    20. Maybe fucking arm Ukraine to the teeth so it doesn’t come to that?

No, let’s wait till the war comes to us, where we will have to pay 100 times the price we could have if we stood with Ukraine.

    21. Yeah man… Russia is gonna make some real good progress when it wars with the EU… much like it has in Ukraine, right?… right? Oh wait… Russia actually hasn’t made much progress has it? Stop fear mongering. You guys look completely and utterly ignorant of geopolitics. Acting like it’s the end of the world and everyone’s going to be speaking Russian is honestly embarrassing.

Now, you can begin discussing the fall of Europe when China finally starts knocking on the door. Until then, please stop whining on the internet and spouting uneducated nonsense.

    22. I thought our civilisation ending doomsday weapons protected us from this?

    23. Holy fuck so much warmongering every fucking 5h post about incoming war, time to limit reddit again

    24. Aardappelhuree on

They’re just scaring us into pushing Ukraine into a shitty deal. Russia has no means to take on whole of Europe

    25. QuirkyWish3081 on

We are making the same mistakes from the past. Keep hoping that Putin will stop. Make deals with him that he will accept that and not invade again. I get it. No one wants to go to war especially a global conflict where hundreds of millions are in danger. But Putin is not going to stop. He is evil, he is a narcissist, he is a psychopath and he is willing to send millions to their deaths so that he can be remembered. The only way he will stop is if we neutralise his army.

    26. Forsaken_Celery8197 on

You are already at war with Russia. Brexit should have been the wake up call, if not way before that.

    27. Hellstorm901 on

The people who now work overtime to tell you that the war in Ukraine is none of our business and that Ukraine is corrupt and must be wiped out for peace are the same people who told you it was fake news Russia was going to invade and they’re the same people who told you the „Little Green Men“ in Crimea and the Donbass weren’t Russian soldiers

The last conflict had the BUF and the likes of Quisling, today we have the Vatniks and likes of Farage

    28. Important_Ruin on

      Busy that day. Sorry.

Is the same being said in other European nations like France, Germany, Poland or does Russia have a hard on just for the UK?

    29. KlausHeisler1 on

The current PM is officially the most unpopular leader Britain has ever had and the country is hopelessly divided among religious, racial and class lines. If you think hundreds of thousands of average working class brits would be willing to sign up and fight the Russians in the trenches then I have a bridge to sell you.
