The pic on the right is fake. But, there’s a pic of him after the bandages were taken off, and he has no wounds.
He’s a Zionist, and denies that Israel is witholding/stopping aid from getting into Gaza.
He faked his wounds for attention grab.
People are finding out these Joos and Zionists are liars. The world is waking up. This was likely done due to the negative press they have been receiving from their atrocities in Palestine.

The real conspiracy is the fact that AI can now allow us to create our own agenda and everyone believes it
