It’s time for European government agencies and hospitals to find another messaging app.
That’s just plain stupid
Why this was allowed to happen? There should be some kind of legal framework which protects “systematically important” companies from being sold to hostile owners. When Zivver was growing and promoting itself to hospitals and government, acceptance of it as a messaging app, should have been predicated on “no sell to hostile owners” clause.
Why would the EU just let that happen? That’s absurd.
