It’s important to note that titles in financial companies are inflated as fuck to stroke finance bros‘ egos. Two of those „senior hires“ are for associate positions, i.e. second-lowest rank in the organization (lowest are analysts), and another two are VPs, i.e. third-from-the-bottom with maybe 5-7 years of experience. The only „senior“ hires here are the three managing directors.
