In which way would the tribes be different from each other, except degree of kinship? Language, food, customs?

Interesting but incomprehensible. Could do with some explanation.

Is a „tribe“ in this context essentially just a clan (a big extended family descended from a common ancestor?

One of the reasons why the Arab world is still so backward compared to Turkey or even Iran: Tribalism. It’s a poison for societal peace and coherency. Thank you, Atatürk (who ended this primitive concept in Anatolia).

Who the fuck made this map
There’s a hundred grammatical errors to start with, some are listed incorrectly, you have ال كثير which um.. yeah. not how that works when listing it in this form. and then كثيري elsewhere which like, … either stick to the plural name or the tribal name but u can’t mix both
Then you have subgroups of بنو همدان just like randomly applied when you want, I guess al mura is distinct for whatever reason instead of being a subtribe of بنو يام like i’m sorry but whoever made this does not speak arabic to begin with because ???
Transliterating the english names for some is crazy work instead of the original arabic
