      Tighter gun laws won’t matter to people who wanna massacre other people. Gun laws only matters to people who abide by it, I mean even law abiding citizen can suddenly flip for whatever reason and start shooting people.

      Good luck in making people with nefarious plans to abide by it and when I say good luck I really mean it without any sarcasm.

      I thought their gun laws were already pretty crazy after the port Arthur massacre. If anyone hasn’t gone down that rabbit hole I recommend it.

      Well the dad who owned the guns „legally“ it turns out he’s not even an Australian citizen he’s a permanent resident who did the old come over on a student visa jump from visa to visa and eventually married to stay in the country and is now a permanent resident who has had to get several resident return visas to stay in the country yet he was „legally“ allowed to own guns so yeah I agree we need tougher gun laws

      Surely with training, background checks, and psychological evaluation. Why cant i have a gun? Surely someone nearby could have taken down these scum? I dont understand why disarming law abiding citizens benefits anyone?

      Cops basically let those shooters run up the death tally. The reason being, the talking points make more sense for taking away those guns. „See, even bolt action can cause mass damage herp derp“. They want to take all the guns, even the ones from the farmers.
