Ich habe jedes Schlafereignis (Nickerchen + Nachtschlaf) in den ersten 150 Tagen meines Babys protokolliert und sowohl die Schlafverteilung über den Tag als auch die gesamten täglichen Schlafstunden visualisiert.

    Was wird angezeigt:

Vertikale Balken: Schlafperioden (Nachtschlaf vs. Nickerchen)

    X-Achse: Tag des Lebens

    Y-Achse: Tageszeit (0–24h)

Linie (rechte Achse): Gesamtschlafstunden pro Tag

This is absolutely amazing. I am floored.

How did you do the tracking, by hand ir by attaching some device to Baby?

This is great! What is the exact difference between night sleep and a nap? I see a really long nightly nap around the 130th day. Why is that not a night sleep?

    3. Oh this is really cool, well done.

It’s fascinating to see the order, pattern, and stability appear over time.

    4. I always love this kind of post because it reminds me of the first few months of my kid’s life… And glad that I don’t have to go through it again lmao

That said… Sleeping through the night after only 3 months… Well done to the kid

    5. Pretty nice! How did you distinguish nap from night sleep during the first days? Just based on your hopes? 🙂

Your baby is an EXTRAORDINARILY good sleeper.

From about three months, sleeping uninterrupted for 6+ hours every night? You all must be the envy of all your friends/family with infants.

As a father of young ones, I can confirm that I can set my clock to that ~22:30 wake up.

    8. This is amazing. Great dedication to the data collection process through what must have been a challenging year.

I can’t imagine taking the time and effort to track this in the first year. Especially the first 6 months I was a zombie.

Everything about this is awesome. Most awesome is your choice of min and max for the right axis to match the left. Bravo
