His behavior is beyond his mental and emotional control.
Wasn’t this the same speech where he was talking about something and then he stops right in the middle of a sentence, points to a woman reporter and says something like: „Wow, you look just like my daughter, Ivanka. She’s hot. Doesn’t she remind you of Ivanka, everybody take a look“
I was honestly stunned that he had words of concern for the events on Bondi. Fully expected him to hard right turn into a diatribe about some stupid thing.
He clearly has the dementia that he accused Biden of. Love this for him.
