Have you tried asking their customer support?
Could it be that they don’t ship to Germany ?
Did you try to send it to a Paketshop (DPD/Hermes/DHL)? Or a amazon Locker/DHL Packstation?
Because as it is Alcohol it can not be sent there… And you have to verify your age (as it is high percentage spirits which are 18+)

You can ask your lokal getränkemarkt if they can get it.
Usually they can get special requests from their supplier
Im guessing an age restriction. Maybe your age is not verified with Amazon or you are below 18.
I would advise on buying liquor in store. Its cheaper and easier.
