Remember when the phrase „vast right wing conspiracy“ was something that Hillary Clinton said and everyone memed on it? Because I miss the days when the US wasn’t pushing Vladimir Putin’s agenda. 

Makes sense that Krasnov would steer it in that direction as it is Putin’s next target.

The current US govt will do anything it can to maintain its position on top of the food chain. It sees the EU as a genuine threat to that so looks to weaken it, the same as it does with China. Other than nukes. russia is not a threat to the US and is a useful foil to use against the EU. They don’t want a powerful, rich, liberal competitor.

Sounds like it’s official: the US has declared war on the EU.
