Unless I’m wrong I find it pretty sad that before this a development of the same scale was only the Elysian completed in 2008, that would make it 18 years ago, in a housing crisis.

Have they announced what price range the cost rent will be? Thinking about moving to Cork and this gives me hope! I wonder will it be an application or lottery? Just reading the lda website says it’s for middle incomes so not sure what that means if anyone can shed some light.
