      I am not sure that current caregiver salaries are attractive, even for immigrants from less developed countries. Especially considering the hard working conditions in the Japanese caregiver sector.

      Caregivers salary is heavily depended and supported on japan’s taxpayers money. The salary will never increase and maintained on minimum.

      Imagine voting to kick out the foreigners only to have to depend on foreigners in your old age

      If they looking that way they should probably look to Sri Lanka instead. They are mostly Buddhist and no caste system.
