We must do something to help our people snap out of it and back to a real reality instead of an artificial one. Short attention spans, for instance, can be fixed by retraining your brain and habits. Bad emotional responses to triggers, such as disrespect, can be retrained by coaching yourself internally, and instead of interpreting it as disrespect, tell yourself that person lacks self control. Humanity keeps turning to drugs and alcohol to fill the void being left by living a purposeless life. Purpose comes from faith, experience, and manifesting a real future rather than one that is manufactured to divide us, control us, demoralize us, or dehumanize us.
