It is strange that after 3 years of war, a slow flying drone in daylight and not a bullet in sight.
Whether you agree with my opinion or cast hundreds of negative votes is irrelevant, but if I were a ship owner, I wouldn’t send my ships to Ukraine; because there isn’t a single security guard with a semi-automatic rifle in Ukraine’s vital ports. Even a drone, a few men tall and moving slowly, can damage any ship it wants without encountering any obstacle.

That’s possibly the slowest 136 I’ve ever seen. Interesting they hit the vessel over water. Did they use GNSS knowing it would be moored for awhile? Was it under control? If controlled, how? Must be SATCOM if over 250km. If not, then was it launched from Crimea? Where is the ground control station? Why isn’t Ukraine targeting the GCSs on Crimea?
