WTF, I hate this timeline. If it’s not skyrocketing GPU’s it’s insane ram prices.
It’s not the gougers I despise…its the fucking FOMO morons that buy it.
The first is powerless without the second.
If ram prices stay this high, it will impact the projected, already shaky capex math and further narrow the road to profitability for some of these AI early adopters
(They dont buy ram on ebay, but these prices are refelctive of rising prices for enterprises conducting purchases at scale as well)

Just sold a 16gb DDR5 pack for $150 on eBay. It was a free gift with computer parts I ordered back in August… It is going towards a $400 32gb set, which would have cost me $99 back in August.
