We have been in a “Cold Civil War” for quite some time as the political divide has divested further and further. We have been in an actual civil war since Donald Trump instructed his armed goons to attack the Capitol on January 6th 2021 in order to disrupt the peaceful democratic process.
It’s been really interesting seeing the savvier and more experienced Republicans inching towards the exits while the MAGA faithful continue to scream about nonsense.
