I asked why they did the two Covid tests that I had to get for surgery, pushing the first one super far up my nose and the second they did? I got the reply “ we didn’t know how to do them properly at first and got advised incorrectly on how to do them.

As a patient I would definitely prefer anal swab instead of nasal swab.
