Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, wie man mit dieser Ladebuchse ein Elektroauto auflädt? Ich habe es versucht, aber es hat nicht funktioniert. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich es aufladen soll.

What connector do you have? Is it a normal 2-phase 220V schuko (2 pin) via a charger unit to the whatever type your car has, eg: something like this [https://www.broshop.fi/collections/sahkoauton-lataus/products/sahkoauton-suko-latauslaite-saatimella-5m-suko-type-2-16a](https://www.broshop.fi/collections/sahkoauton-lataus/products/sahkoauton-suko-latauslaite-saatimella-5m-suko-type-2-16a) ?

Can you share a picture of what the whole unit above looks like – we can only see the switches/fuses and not the actual sockets (I guess they are 220v schuko) and what cable you are trying to attach (both ends) ?

This socket is run by eparking … I assume you have set up an account and got everything working there?

    2. It might only charge for 2 hours at the time and if it is in your housing company make sure you are allowed to charge from that and it is not only meant for engine block heater use. It says also that you can set the timer in eparking app. You need to set the time when you are leaving and it will heat max 2hours before that might be even shorter if weather is good.

    3. That is for a heater. You set a departure time beforehand with the arrow keys, and the socket will be energized slightly beforehand so that your car can get warm. It’s not designed for car charging and probably charging isn’t allowed either.

Our sockets which are managed by Eparking can be configured for car heating or for car charging. The difference is that the heating is time limited and temperature dependent. Whereas charging does not have such limitations.

So maybe contact Eparking or the company managing the parking area.

    5. You don’t, unless you are explicitly allowed by the housing company or who ever owns the pole.

    6. If it’s eparking (look similar to our), in the app, you will need to toggle the power always on option
