Egypt, Israel and the US does joint military operations all the time together. The US provides Egypt with billions of dollars of military hardware, including planes. And the US provides Egypt with military aid and training. They share intel and security intel to Egypt. Not to mention the deep ties to Israel. Including a leak that proves that Egypt does secret security cooperation with Egypt that is facilitated by the US.
