    1. „Remote or hybrid work has been a blessing for working parents, particularly mothers. In one survey from last year, two-thirds of female workers said they’d only consider jobs that offered a flexible option, and three-quarters said that the freedom of hybrid work made their lives better. Almost forty per cent of women surveyed in the 2024 Lean In [report](https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/themes/working-moms-are-fueled-by-flexibility-heres-why) said they’d have to find new job or cut their hours if they lost their flexible arrangements. Women also benefit from remote work because it screens them from sexist harms such as workplace harassment, according to [research](https://theconversation.com/remote-work-reduced-gender-discrimination-returning-to-the-office-may-change-that-265945) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.“

    2. I’ve had female apprentices, obviously I got women in the office too. The only time I’d say a woman “ruined” anything was a girl years back who caused a bunch of drama, and even then all she did was ruin my day since I fired her and the men involved. Otherwise they either adapt to life in the field with guys or they don’t.
