eugh these look like bed bug wall stains
Dark behinds could be just exposed concrete, it has greyish bit shiny appearance. Generally speaking it’s quite common to have walls covered in mold, but it does mean that you need to vent your apartment more often. I would recommend to buy any anti mold spray in dm/rossmann, the cheapest option would be anything that contains chlorine. The wall might need a mold treatment if it is deeply penetrated, it would mean that a wall would need to be pried to concrete then sprayed with anti fungal solution, but it’s very unlikely. If you cannot remove it from the wall contact landlord.
Are you sure that’s mold? It doesn’t really look like it to me.
This looks like normal mold really. How often do you open your window? How well heated are your rooms? You should allow excess humidity to leave your apartment regularly. Be aware that mold damage makes you liable as the tenant, if lack of ventilation caused the mold to form/grow.
Also notice that mold loves to grow on cold surfaces, as water condensates there. If furniture cover these cold surfaces, they may not receive enough airflow, allowing this walls to „sweat“, which of course again favors mold growth. Your couch likely caused this effect. Heating allows the air to keep more humidity.
So: Heating + regular „Stoßlüften“ (few minutes of opening windows completely a couple of times per day) usually prevents mold growth.
What can you do? To me it seems the mold penetrated pretty deep into the wall. You can try to kill it off with mold spray (available in drugs stores). It works pretty well on the surface due to the contained chloride. It works pretty fast, usually the surface mold should disappear in a few days. If the problem persists, you should definitely contact your landlord, mold is not to be joked with. It harms your health and can damage the wall.
