Whatever the CPC does or doesn’t do isn’t going to make a difference at this point. Their only play is for things to get so bad in Canada that the public turns on the Liberals.

Poilievre and his dependence on stunts over substance haven’t changed.
For the past decade, Postmedia has opined that this is a sign of his brilliance and political acumen. Now, apparently they recognize that the always-be-vacuous strategy wont topple the LPC after all, and want something or someone more ready for prime-time.
Good luck with that. By putting all of their chips on Pierre, they also ensured that there is no-one waiting in the wings, and, until the party is purged of it’s Harper remnants, or replaced by a new PC party, Conservatives will have to swallow their bile in Opposition.

This is silly and redundant (how many different newspapers can run essentially the same column in such a short time period?). The Liberals did the same things against the Conservative government when they were in opposition. Most of it comes down to people not understanding how Parliament works.
