Maps of countries don’t really show you the scale of what the country is like for the people actually living there. Which is why highly populated countries are actually even more dense than what you’d assume them to be.

It’s not uncommon for people die in the outback because their car breaks down, and they aren’t carrying enough water to stay alive until someone finds them.
