Ich habe kürzlich einen Artikel gelesen. Das heißt, Polen hat kürzlich seine Anforderungen geändert, sodass für nach Polen importierte Fahrzeuge mit US-Standards keine Fahrzeughomologation/Konformitätsbescheinigung mehr erforderlich ist. Ich kann die URL für den Artikel angeben, aber weiß das jemand? Ich bin Amerikaner und versuche seit Monaten, ein neues Fahrzeug in Polen zu registrieren, aber der Starostwo Powiat verlangt weiterhin eine Homologation/CoC. Ich habe die positive technische Inspektion, die besagt, dass keine Änderungen erforderlich sind, und die technischen Daten der ersten TÜV-NORD-Inspektion aus Deutschland. Ich habe auch alle zusätzlichen Unterlagen, den Kaufvertrag, die Registrierungserlaubnis usw. (alle mit beglaubigten Übersetzungen).

local government and starostwo powiatowe especially is a better source of information than a random internet article. if they say it is required then it is required.

It looks like it wasn’t required but in a specific cases it can be required. Years ago my father with friends were into old American cars and I remember them not having km/h clock but they were on yellow plates.
Still if you want to be sure maybe you can ask police.
Of course you need homologation or JDR (jednostkowe dopuszczenie do ruchu) issued by MoT.
The problem is that you are trying to register a new car. If it’s new they require homologation even for cars that are from Polish dealership. It would be easier if the car was already registered in the USA. Then imported as used.
